MODE OF PAYMENT

1.

All fees are payable in advance by Cheque/DD, Debit/Credit Card on monthly basis from 5th to 10th of every month.

2.

Fees can be paid online through our website www.kpsutai.com user ID - Admission No. and entered registered mobile no after that received OTP for login. (For login ID and Mobile No, parents may contact school office).

3.

Fee paid through cheque must be in favour of “Krishna Public School Utai”.

4.

Fee can be paid from 5th to 10th of every month between 09:00 am to 03:00 pm (Lunch Time: 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm) from Monday to Friday and Saturday from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm.

5.

Student’s name will be struck off if the fees is not paid till the last date of the respective month.

6.

The student may be re - admitted only at the discretion of the Principal on payment of all arrears.

7.

Fees can be deposited in advance for any number of installments or for the full session if it is desired.

8.

The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as date of payment provided the cheque is not dishonoured.

9.

Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fees and legal action will be taken against the person, and fee will be recovered with the amount of fine and legal charges (if any).

10.

In case of doubt regarding the payment of any dues, parents/guardians are advised to make the payment first and seek refund later.

11.

Parents may kindly keep the payment receipts in safe custody and produce the same to school as proof of their payment or else they may quote the receipt number.

12.

1Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admn. No., Name, Class & Section of the student while depositing the fee.

13.

If the students are admitted late during the post - session, fees will be realised on pro-rata basis.

14.

Parents must ensure the payment of all the dues of a term, before the term - exam commences. The admit card for the exam will be issued only if there are no dues against the student.

15.

Student’s name will not be carried forwarded to upcoming month in Attendance Register, if fees of last month is not paid or if any kind of due is pending against student’s name.

16.

Students name may be struck off from school’s enrolment due to non-payment of fee.

17.

If fee is not deposited up to 12th of every month Rs. 200/- per month fine will be charged.

18.

Penalty of Rs. 500 will be charged in case of Cheque bouncing / Return of cheque / any other reason.

19.

PDC (Post Dated Cheques) are not accepted.

FEE PAYMENT THROUGH PAYTM

Dear Parent,

We are delighted to announce that Paytm has partnered with Krishna Public School to facilitate online fee payments. Now, you can pay your fees on Paytm using Credit Card (CC), Debit Card (DC), Net Banking (NB), UPI or Paytm Wallet at Nominal Convenience Charge!

To pay your fees, use any of the following 3 methods:

Method 1:

Simply scan this QR (Quick Response) code from the Paytm App. Click PAY or SCAN QR logo buttons on the home screen of Paytm to scan.

Method 2:

From your mobile, go to the Paytm App & follow the steps as mentioned below to pay:

1.

Open Paytm app and click on ‘View All’ to open ‘All Categories’ list. Now, click on ‘Fees’ under ‘All Categories’ to pay your education fees

2.

Under ‘Location’ tab select your institute location which is ‘Chhattisgarh, Bhilai’ and ‘Institute Name’ as ‘Krishna Public School’.

3.

Enter your ‘Enrollment Number’. The sample Enrollment Number for Krishna Public School is 1000. Now, click on ‘proceed’. Review the details like name, category, fee amount etc

4.

Click on ‘Proceed’ to pay. Select your preferred payment option, i.e., DC, CC, NB, UPI or Paytm Wallet and pay any amount in one go

5.

Do note that you do not need to first load the Paytm Wallet to pay fees. Directly select the payment option, i.e., DC, CC, NB, UPI or Paytm Wallet

6.

You will receive a real-time payment confirmation from Paytm on your registered mobile number and email id (if email has been provided by you in the Paytm profile)

Method 3:

Click the URL- http://m.p-y.tm/kps in your browser and follow the steps as mentioned above for fee payment

Important Notes:

* For large transaction amounts (above Rs 20,000), Net Banking is the most preferred mode of payment. This is because debit or credit card may have daily transaction limits as imposed by your respective banks
